Have you ever stopped in mid sentence or mid thought and wondered- I wonder where these words and thoughts are coming from? It’s something that we take for granted. It’s almost as if we are unconscious when we are speaking with someone or when we get an idea. We never really become consciously aware of the moment and ask ourselves where these words and thoughts arise from. In a way, it’s almost as if we are just bridges for these word and thoughts to cross over.
Sometimes in science it’s called “serendipidy” and this affect is responsible for much of the ideas, inventions, and theories that literally defines our modern world. It’s pretty profound if you seriously think about it. To think almost ever aspect of the world we exist in came from an invisible source that nobody pays any attentionto.
I can name a few things that “just popped up” thru a mind which helps define our world and influence the people in it: Luthranism; benzene, the theory of Relativity, refrigerators, dynamite, post its, the microwave oven, popsickles, pacemakers, electricity, saran wrap, silicone chips, the transitor, etc., I can’t name them all, but you get the picture.
This mysterious source of all this in 352 we call the “Abyss” and we define it as the “primeval collective phyche of humanity.” It’s like the Abyss is a big shaggoth or slime mold, and each human being is a spore-stalk of this slime mold. This Abyss in it’s own way, is “alive” and evolves. As it evolves, like it slithers forwards slowly like a slimy slug, it takes us all along with it, since we’re stuck to it. So as this Abysmal Thing gradually evolve and progresses, the mental capacity of our species grows more profound.
Like today most of us can picture, or hold in our heads the concept of a galaxy, and understand the astronomical distences involved in such a concept. But if you were to take a time machine to 100AD and try to teach a man this concept, he wouldn’t be able to grasp its essence because it is beyond his capacity. Each generation that passes then, has a different mental capacity and level of understanding. And for each new generation this Abysmal slug, having evolved and learned a few “new things” passes these “new things” into our world, to keep us updated in the physical world.
In 352 the “wormhole” thru which information is passed from this Abyss into our physical world is called a “Druid,” which generically means a Bride. Druids aren’t special in any way. They are just random human beings that resonated with a certain “acausal vibration” forming a connection, and the Slug just used this connection to pass the information through. Almost like how a mother is just a Bridge for new people to cross over into this world thru. Now… there was a point in time when the fetus was connected and dependent on its mother, but as soon as the fetus had developed and has crossed over, the link (umbilical cord) is severed, causing the mother and baby to be two seperate causal entities.
This concept of a “druid” being only a tool or means for information and new people, which has no real connection to that which is crossing over thru them is important. Because can we say that if a mother gave her baby up for adoption, that the baby stops existing or is no longer “real?” That the has become “fake,” or is a “wannabe” real baby? You can’t say that because the baby’s self existence is indpendent of it’s druid it crossed over thru.
If we take this same understanding and apply it to Satanism we see a similarity. Anton LaVey was born, he came, and he died. But while he was a live, soething passed thru him and presenced itself to the world: Satanism, in the form of the Satanisn Bible.
Now that he is dead or no longer here, can we say that Satanism is also dead, or that because this form of satanism’s druid is gone, that his satanism is now “fake,” or doesn’t exist? No, because that form of satanism presenced itself early on as an independent entity in other peoples minds which resonated with it. Even tho LaVey is dead, his satanism still is alive, and lives thru those minds that resonate with it, who practice it, express it, and propagate it. Even if this form of satanism were a complete commercial product Lavey and Avon books just made up from cutting and pasting from older sources, it still doesn’t matter, because others give it life by seeing its value, practicing its teachings, and expressing it thru themselves.
Underneath every Bridge are “Trolls.” In 352 we use the word Troll slightly differently. Trolls are those people who stay, stangnat underneath a bridge, idol worship it, and doesn’t progress along with what the bridge actually passed thru. So you have these Crowley Trolls, Jesus Trolls, and LaVey Trolls, who make a cult out of their druid’s name and face, but completely lost sight of what passed thru them, and the essence of what came across.
This brings us to the Order of Nine Angles, more specifically it’s Dark Tradition. Does it really matter how it came to be in this world, or thru who it crossed over thru? Is it dependent on the druid that it passed thru, or like anything else did it gain independence the moment it came over to our side?
It really doesn’t matter, because the words have been spoken, the manuscripts have been written, and minds that resonated to the Dark tradition accepted it, practice it, apply it, and propogate it. It’s moot and irrelevant to say that the Dark Tradition is fake and doesn’t exist because Anton Long is ‘fake’ or because the ONA never ‘existed.’ It might not exist in the form things like the Girl Scouts or Rotary Club exists in, but it exists nonetheless, and is expressed into existence thru the minds that hold its form.
