It’s been a concern our ours, and Other associates. This thing we might call Private Property. We are possessive and territorial by nature. We even lay claim to psychological territories, and greatly dislikes it when someone trespasses something that is “Our Thing” or as the Italian’s say: ‘La Cosa Nostra.”
There is indeed something special about a thing which is shared exclussively by a small group. And I do know that when something is given away cheaply to the general population as a fad for mass consumption it loses that exclusive… expensive wine flavour the refines nose and tongue of a Connoisseur enjoys. Exclusivity, is the essential quality in fine wine, the others such as quality of grapes, and age are only secondary. Plus good cheese.
Global religions are like cheap beer you by at the liquor store. Brewed from cheap hey and grass. Watered down and made affordable to the commonstock peasantry of humanity. The occult, mysticism, and alternative religions are like wine. Most of these wines are made from ordinary grapes with great sounding labels, and are sold in your supermarket to the working middle class.
But the ONA is like the Grand Cru de Chateau Petrus of wine. If you know anything about the esoterica of why some wines are so ridiculously expensive, then you will have a valuable understanding of the ONA. It’s Sinister Elitism and its “Sinister Nobility” is its most essential quality itself. The rest is just grapes and berries.
Here at the WSA Winery, we do understand the privacy and exclusive…elusive savour of the dark tradition, which is peerless. It take a certain quality of mind to move past the glamour, mythos, forms, and politics, to behold the true… subtle esoterica of the Order of Nine Angles. Like a bottle of the most outrageously priced vintage wine, it also take a certain kind of individual to internally alchemicallize over 20 years to ferment into a Connoisseur of the Sinister.
These WordPresses and blogs is not the elusive Sinister Wine itself. They are just reviews written by those who have tasted the Dionysian Ambrosia. They are just logs and entries of insight and opinions about something Exclusive only a connoisseur of the Sinister would be able to fully appreciate.
I’ve actually written about this same subject in a more mundane boring way which I will add here, as a means to shed light on this private wine grotto of ours. We’ll call them “esoteric notes” also:
352 Esoteric Note I:
Our WSA352 was not always an ONA nexion. We didn’t find ONA people and ONA material to become an ONA nexion until sometime around 2002. Before that our WSA had an older outer name we used called the Gnostic Rectified Ordo Templi Orientis [GROTO].
Our Groto was a private group of our friends. The older members had obtained the OTO ritual work and they decided to make their own private and clandestine OTO. They purged their OTO of everything that had to do with Crowley and his Thelema, then replaced it all with the Progressive Satanism, which later was grafted into Opus Vrilis. They rectified it by throwing away the degrees Crowley added to it such as the Minerva degrees and the XI degree and put back in the original Masonic degrees where they went. For each degree you had to do your ABC’s to qualify. The initiation rituals were held out doors in a place we visit often and the ritual work was allowed to be as flexible as possible. Afterwards your mentor would spend time gradually breaking the degree down into their esoteric meaning.
Since then many things have changed inside and out. We rarely use the name GROTO anymore, but that name still has its living history to us. Originally the name “White Star” came from the initiation degrees of our GROTO where a Blazing Star is a symbol drawn on the ground in a circle, in which we do our rituals. The the Dog Star Sirius, which in Greek meant Scorching Hot. Sirius is the brightest star in the sky, and it looks white, but also is a double star system with a white dwarf. The word Acception came from being “Accepted,” so White Star Acception was used originally as a nickname of our group and membership.
The word Gnostic alludes to the concept of Gnosis/Buddhi which the founders mixed and incorporated into the GROTO system. Buddhism, Mysticism and Esotericism has always played an important role in our little private group.
Our group as always been Private and personal. We tried to make it open, but it’s just not the same. WSA remains closed and private. Something the few of us can enjoy and truly have control over to change and evolve as we please. Hopefully it will remain special to us for many more years.
